  This is a florist who knows the meaning of customer service. I ordered flowers to be sent to a friend at a nursing home in Rome. I had only known my friend by one name. When the florist tried to deliver the flowers they were told that there was no one there by that name. I called the nursing home and asked them to give the flowers to someone that doesn't get visitors and they did.
  In the meantime my friend heard the staff talking about flowers that came for a Vicki. She told them that she was Vickie, but that was her middle name and most people call her Vicki. The facility called this florist to tell them what happened. That would have been the end of the story at most florists, but not this one! They made up other basket and had it delivered to my friend. WOW, who does that these days.
  I don't live in the area, but if I did this would my florist. They went above and beyond in customer service.
